Gurugram University Admission 2022 Open; Check Steps to Apply Here

New Delhi: Gurugram University has begun the application process for admission to UG and PG courses for the academic year 2022-2023. Candidates can apply online through the official website gurugramuniversity.ac.in 

Gurugram University offers programmes in various fields such as Pharmacy, Computer Science and Engineering, Neuroscience, Management, English, Journalism, Political Science, Social Work, and so on. 

Candidates who have not received their final mark sheet or certificate of the previous qualification can also apply for the courses at Gurugram University. But they need to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria and produce the same at the time of admission. 

Admission to Gurugram University began for UG programmes on July 8, 2022. The admission for PG programmes will begin on August 1, 2022. Candidates can apply for UG courses online till July 31, 2022. For PG courses candidates can apply till August 15, 2022.

Gurugram University Admission 2022: Dates 

Candidates who have applied for B.Tech programmes, the admission shall take place through centralised counselling by the Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES). The candidates have to register online for the same at the official website hstes.org.in 

Candidates applying for 2-year MBA and MCom courses have to sit for an entrance test. The date of the test shall be notified by the respective departments accordingly.

Eligibility Criteria for UG 

For admission to UG courses candidates must have qualified 10+2 with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in the respective stream from a recognized board or school. For admission to B.Tech programmes candidates must also have a valid JEE Main score. 

Eligibility Criteria for PG 

For admission to PG programmes, candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum aggregate of 55% marks in respective disciplines from a recognized university. For admission to MBA and MCom courses candidates must also have a valid score in the entrance examination. 

Gurugram University Admission 2022: Selection Process 

Candidates will be selected based on their merit in academic qualifications. For B.Tech, MBA, and MCom programmes the scores in the entrance examinations will also be considered as a selection criterion. Candidates selected then will be called for physical counselling for admission to the university. 

Gurugram University Admission 2022: How to Apply Online?

Step 1: Visit the official application portal of Gurugram University at gurugramuniversity.ac.in

Step 2: Register yourself after filling in the required details, such as Mobile Number, Email Id etc.

Step 3: Now, log in with your registration credentials and fill in all details in the Application form.

Step 4: Pay the application fee of 1000 INR and submit the Application form. 

Step 5: Applicants must also take a printout of the form for all future needs.
