Candidates must send documents such as SSC, HSSC, UG, and PG marksheets in PDF, JPEG, or JPG format, as well as a recent, colored photograph in JPEG or JPG format, while applying for admission.

Goa University has released Goa University Admissions Ranking Test Approved Applications for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Candidates whose names appear on the list and belong to reserved categories must submit their category submissions by March 5, 2025, if they have not already done so.

Goa University GU-ART Documents Required

Candidates are required to present the following documents at the time of admission:

SSC, HSSC, UG, and PG marksheets in PDF, JPEG, or JPG format.
A current colorful photograph in JPEG or JPG format.
Digital signature in JPEG or JPG format.
Income, sports, and cultural activity quota certificates in PDF, JPEG, or JPG formats.
SC, ST, OBC, EWS, or PWD certificate in PDF format
A declaration on standard A4-sized paper in PDF, JPEG, or JPG format

The test for applicants from other universities will be conducted online only. A separate rank list will be generated for other university candidates who will take the online test. If Goa University candidates select the wrong university type (other university) and take the test, they will not be awarded seats.
