The NBE revised exam calendar 2024-25 has been issued by the NBEMS along with the GPAT 2024 exam date. This year, the GPAT 2024 will be conducted on June 8, 2024. It is also anticipated that NBEMS will conduct the GPAT instead of NTA this year.

New Delhi: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) is all set to conduct the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT 2024) this year. The board has announced the GPAT exam date is June 8, 2024.
The GPAT exam is conducted in computer-based test (CBT) mode for three hours and is of 500 marks to offer admission to the MPharma program.
The GPAT score is accepted by all AICTE-approved universities, and by the colleges and affiliated university departments accredited by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI). Every year, around 782 GPAT Participating Institutions fill up nearly 39,670 MPharm seats through the GPAT exam.

GPAT 2024 Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates with a 4-year bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or those in their final year of BPharmacy are eligible to apply for the exam.
- individuals with a BTech degree in pharmaceutical and fine chemical technology or its equivalent are not permitted to apply. There is no age restriction for applicants, but they must be Indian citizens.
What is the GPAT 2024 Application Fee?
- The male candidates in the General category have to pay INR 2,200, while female candidates will pay INR 1,100 as application fees.
- The General-EWS, SC, ST, PwD, OBC-(NCL), and third-gender candidates will be required to pay INR 1,100, as the GPAT registration fee.
