Goa University Ph.D. Admission 2025: Selection Process
Selection of candidates for admission to Ph.D. at Goa University will be based on the given criteria:
- Candidates who have qualified for the fellowship/scholarship in UGC-NET/UGC-CSIR NET/GATE/CEED shall be eligible for admission to the Ph.D. based on an interview.
- Candidates who have qualified for NET/SET Lectureship shall be eligible for admission to Ph.D. based on an interview. There will be a 70% weightage for the score in NET/SET and a 30% weightage for the Interview.
- Candidates who haven’t qualified for the above-mentioned exams will have to appear for the Entrance Test conducted at the University. There will be a 70% weightage for the score on the Entrance Test and a 30% weightage for the Interview.
