Goa CET 2024: Admission Schedule based on JEE Main scores for B.E and B.Pharma courses Released

The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Goa, has announced details for admissions to B.E. degree courses and B.Pharmacy for the academic year 2025–26, with JEE Main scores playing a significant role in the admission process. The last date of submission for online applications is November 22, 2024, 9 PM.

Key Highlights of JEE Main 2025 Application Process

1. Exam Format and Timing:
   • The exam will include multiple-choice questions, covering subjects such as Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry for B.E./B.Tech (Paper 1), and Mathematics, Aptitude, and Drawing for B.Arch and B.Planning (Papers 2A and 2B).
   • For each paper, there will be two shifts daily, with the first shift from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon and the second from 3:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. (IST).
2. Languages:
   • JEE Main 2025 will be conducted in 13 languages, including English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, and more, ensuring candidates from various linguistic backgrounds can participate comfortably.

Admissions to B.E. and B.Pharm Courses in Goa

The Government of Goa’s Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) has outlined the admission criteria for engineering (B.E.) and pharmacy (B.Pharm) programs for the academic year 2025-26:

1. Engineering Admissions:
   • Admissions to the B.E. degree programs will be based on JEE Main 2025 scores. Aspirants seeking admission should submit their JEE scores once available. They are advised to consult the information bulletin available on both the NTA's official JEE Main website and the DTE Goa website for further guidance on eligibility, application procedure, and related details.
2. Pharmacy Admissions:
   • For the B.Pharm course, candidates have the option to apply based on their aggregate scores in Physics and Chemistry from either JEE Main 2025 or NEET 2025. This flexibility allows students to choose the entrance exam that best aligns with their strengths.
   • The DTE advises candidates to carefully go through the details provided on the JEE and NEET websites to ensure they meet the necessary requirements.

• Only one application is allowed per candidate. Duplicate applications will be rejected.
