Geeta University PhD Admission Begins for Winter Session 2026; Entrance Exam on January 25

Geeta University, Panipat, has officially opened the application process for PhD admissions for the Winter Session 2026. Eligible candidates can apply online through the official website, geetauniversity.edu.in, till January 23, 2026. As per the schedule, the PhD Entrance Examination will be conducted online on January 25, 2026.

According to the eligibility criteria for PhD Programmes, candidates must have completed a master’s degree with at least 55% aggregate marks or an equivalent grade. Applicants seeking admission after completing a four-year Bachelor’s (Hons) degree with Research must have secured a minimum of 75% marks.

Geeta University PhD 2026 - Admission Process

The Geeta University admission process includes a two-stage selection procedure. First, candidates must appear for the PhD entrance test, the syllabus of which consists of 50% research methodology and 50% subject-specific content. Applicants securing at least 50% marks in the entrance examination will be shortlisted for the interview round. The final selection will be based on a combined score, with 70% weightage given to the entrance test and 30% to the interview performance.
