How to Check the GCAS UG Round 1 Merit List 2026?

Candidates can view the Round 1 allotment in five simple steps.

1. Visit the official portal at gcas.gujgov.edu.in.
2. Log in using the registered application number and password.
3. Click on the Round 1 merit list link on the dashboard.
4. View the allotted university, programme, and seat status.
5. Download and save the allotment letter for future records.

What Should Allotted Candidates Do Next?

Allotted students must accept the seat offer through the GCAS portal. Online admission confirmation runs from June 2 to June 6, 2026. Document verification is done through the same portal during this window.

Students should keep scanned copies of the Class 12 marksheet ready. Identity proof, category certificate, and a recent photograph are also required. The Class 10 marksheet may be needed for date-of-birth proof.

Missing the June 6 deadline will cancel the Round 1 seat offer. Such candidates can register fresh for Round 2 on the same portal.

GCAS Round 2 Registration Schedule

The Round 2 application window is open until June 6, 2026. Candidates without a Round 1 seat can apply or update choices during this window. Existing applicants can log in with their old credentials.

Round 2 allotment results will be declared on June 8 and June 9, 2026. Round 2 seat confirmation runs from June 10 to June 13. Document verification follows the same online process used in Round 1.
