The exam centres for the GATE 2025 and JAM 2025 examinations originally scheduled in Prayagraj have been relocated to Lucknow due to the upcoming Mahakumbh. The GATE exams on February 1 and 2, 2025, and the JAM exam on February 2, 2025, will now take place in Lucknow on the same dates.

Reason for the Shift
Several candidates expressed concerns regarding accessibility to the exam centres in Prayagraj due to the massive influx of devotees for the Mahakumbh. In response to these representations, the conducting authorities decided to shift the examination centres to Lucknow to ensure smooth conduct of the exams.
Important Instructions for Candidates
Candidates must download the updated GATE 2025 and JAM 2025 admit cards from the respective portals:
