NBEMS has opened the online portal to submit deficient documents for FMGE December Session 2024. The Online Deficient Document Portal will be open till January 5, 2025, 11:55 PM.

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has offered the candidates appearing for the December 2024 session of FMGE (Foreign Medical Graduate Examination) one final opportunity to correct their deficient documents. Candidates must act promptly to ensure their eligibility for the examination. The Online Deficient Document Portal will be open till January 5, 2025, 11:55 PM.

  • End Date: January 5, 2025, 11:55 PM

Nature of Deficiencies

NBEMS has specified following deficiencies that needs correction:

  • Primary Medical Qualification Certificate: Degree certificate or provisional pass certificate properly apostilled/attested by the Embassy of India in the country where qualification has been acquired.
  • Eligibility Certificate: NMC/MCI issued (if applicable), admission letter, or proof of qualifying NEET-UG.
  • Proof of Citizenship: Valid document for citizenship status.
  • Mismatch in Personal Information: Different name or date of birth across submitted documents.
  • Transfer Documents: Transfer documents between medical colleges.
  • Educational and Caste Certificate: Standard 12th mark sheet and caste certificate for SC/ST/OBC candidates.

Consequences of Non-Compliance

  • Result of Ineligibility: Those candidates who fail to rectify the deficiencies shall be treated as ineligible for FMGE December 2024.
  • No Admit Card: Ineligible candidates shall not be issued an admit card.
  • No further opportunity: After the stipulated time, no deficient document shall be accepted.
  • Eligibility Criteria: Both Eligibility Certificate and Provisional Pass Certificate/Degree Certificate of Primary Medical Qualification must be presented by the candidate in order to qualify for FMGE.

  • Login to the Deficient Document Submission Portal during the submission window
  • Make sure all deficient documents are submitted accurately and before the deadline.
  • Name and Date of Birth in all documents are correctly matched.
