Delhi University is set to host webinars for students from June 19 to help with the admission process.

New Delhi: Delhi University has started the admission process for 78 UG Courses for the academic session 2023-24. It is all set to organise webinars from June 19, 2023 to help the students with the admission process.

Delhi University Dean of Admission, Haneet Gandhi, has announced that the common FAQs are available on the university website to answer the queries of the students. Helpdesk facilities have also been setup at the admission branch to guide students incase of any problem.

"To help candidates, we have arranged all sorts of information. Information is available in all formats: text -- bulletins of information; visuals: infographics and flowcharts illustrating the eligibility; and videos: webinars and video recordings of filling the form," Gandhi said.

"Online support is being provided through ChatBots and emails. Students can write to ug@admission.du.ac.in for queries related to undergraduate admission, pg@admision.du.ac.in for queries related to postgraduate admissions and at phd@admision.du.ac.in for information related to PhD admissions," she said.

According to officials, the webinars to be conducted will cover questions relating to filling of CSAS Forms, uploading of correct certificates or documents, reservation policies, and other important things that candidates must keep in mind before selecting a programme and a college.
