DTE Goa has opened applications for professional degree courses 2026-27 including MBBS, BDS, B.E., B.Pharm., and B.Arch. Candidates can submit forms from May 11 to May 22, 2026 at 10 designated application receiving centres across Goa.

The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Government of Goa, has opened admissions for professional degree courses for the 2026-27 academic session. The prospectus containing complete admission details is now available on the official website dte.goa.gov.in. Candidates must submit their application forms between May 11 and May 22, 2026 (excluding Sunday, May 17).
DTE Goa is accepting applications for nine professional degree courses: MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS, B.V.Sc. & A.H., B.E., B.Pharm., BNYS, B.Arch., and Allied Health Sciences, along with B.Sc. Nursing. The admission process is centralized and merit-based, with separate entrance exams required for different course groups. All applicants must fulfill specific eligibility criteria and submit required documents along with their application forms.

Candidates must have passed the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC/Std. XII) examination from the Goa Board or Central Board of Secondary Education with minimum marks in specified subjects. For MBBS, BDS, and Allied Health Sciences, candidates need 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (40% for SC/ST/OBC categories).
For B.E. courses, candidates require 45% aggregate marks in Physics, Mathematics, and one additional subject (40% for SC/ST/OBC). For B.Pharm., the requirement is 45% aggregate marks in Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry/Biology (40% for reserved categories).

Candidates can collect and submit application forms at any of the 10 designated application receiving centres across Goa.

Forms must be submitted with self-attested copies of relevant documents. The application fee of Rs. 2,100 can be paid through multiple modes for convenience.
Candidates can use POS card payments or UPI at application receiving centres, access the payment link on the DTE website, deposit cash at any HDFC Bank branch (Account No. 50200025323007), or submit a demand draft in favor of the Directorate of Technical Education. All payment methods are equally valid and secure.

Entrance Exam Requirements for Different Courses
Candidates applying for medical and dental courses (MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS, Allied Health Sciences, B.V.Sc. & A.H., Nursing, BNYS) must have a valid NEET UG-2026 score.
Engineering course applicants require a valid JEE-MAIN-2026 score, while pharmacy candidates can opt for either JEE-MAIN-2026 or NEET-2026 based on their preference. Architecture course applicants must have a valid NATA score from the Council of Architecture.
Documents Required for Application Submission
Candidates must submit self-attested copies of HSSC mark sheet, HSSC passing certificate, entrance exam score card (NEET/JEE-MAIN/NATA), caste certificate (if applicable), income certificate for EWS category, disability certificate (if applicable), and passport-size photographs taken within three months of application. Original documents must be presented during admission rounds for verification and final admission confirmation.
What’s Next for Students
After the application submission deadline, DTE Goa will prepare and display eligibility lists on the official website. Candidates must verify their eligibility status and report any errors within 24 hours. Subsequently, provisional merit lists will be displayed based on entrance exam scores.
Eligible candidates will be called for admission rounds where they can select their preferred course and institution based on their merit position and availability of seats. DTE Goa's centralized admission process ensures transparent and merit-based seat allocation across professional degree courses.
