Dr SN Medical College DDT Documents Required 2025
The candidates have to submit the following documents to apply for admission to the course:
- The original mark sheet and certificate of Class 10.
- The original mark sheet and certificate of Class 12.
- Migration Certificate.
- Domicile Certificate.
- Caste Certificate.
- Photocopy of Aadhaar Card or any other photo ID.
- Medical Fitness Certificate issued by a Government Hospital (must not be older than 30 days).
- Other documents, such as PH Certificate, WDP (Wards of Defense Personnel) Certificate, WPP (Wards of Para-Military Personnel) Certificate, and Widow/Divorcee Certificate issued by a competent authority.
- Receipt of application fee and advance training fee.
