Distribution of FMGE (Screening Test) December 2024 Pass Certificate from 24th February to 23rd May 2025

The Distribution of FMGE (Screening Test) December 2024 Pass Certificates for students who were declared PASS in FMGE held on 12th January 2025 will start. The Pass certificates shall be issued at the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) office as per the schedule prescribed on the entry slip of each individual candidate at the below details:

Please Note that the FMGE Pass certificates shall be issued only IN PERSON, to the candidates who have been declared qualified in the FMGE December 2024 session.

• Qualified and eligible students must be present at a specified date and time for collection of their Pass certificate.
• They must bring the documents in original documents as prescribed in the Information Bulletin.
• Candidates will be required to bring the printout of the “Entry Slip” to seek entry at the NBEMS office.

Documents Required for Collecting FMGE Passing Certificate

If you fail to present the required documents, the FMGE passing certificate will not be issued. The list of original documents required are:

• A certificate that proves the overseas citizenship of the candidate
• Passport
• MBBS Degree Certificate
• Certificate of Eligibility issued by the MCI
• FMGE Admit Card
• Valid identity proof (Bring any one of the following: (Voter ID, PAN card, Driving Licence, or Aadhaar Card)
• Self-declaration form (Find the self-declaration form in the entry slip)
• Print out the entry slip (Mandatory for entering the NBEMS office and collecting the pass certificate)

How to Download Entry Slip for FMGE Pass Certificate?

To download the Entry slip for FMGE Pass certificate, you must Visit the official website of NBEMS, i.e. https://natboard.edu.in/. On the home page towards the right, you will find the ‘Public Notice’ section. Click on the notification “Distribution of FMGE (Screening Test) December 2023 Pass Certificates”. You will be redirected to the official PDF which states all the crucial information related to the distribution of FMGE Pass Certificate for Jan 2024. Next, you need to look for the option “Click here to download the entry slip”. Click on it and fill in the information including your roll number and date of birth. Once done, you can download the slip.

Rules to Get the Entry Slip and Pass Certificate

The self-declaration included in the Entry Slip must be filled in by the candidate in advance before coming to collect the FMGE Pass Certificate. The pass certificate shall not be released unless the self-declaration is submitted.

• The FMGE Pass certificate will be issued only on the production of original documents and on verification of identity, including biometrics/Face ID.
• The Pass Certificates shall NOT be issued to any authorized representative or any person other than the candidate himself/herself under any circumstances.
• Candidates are advised to report to NBEMS office strictly as per the assigned time slot in order to avoid crowding.

If you fail to collect certificates on assigned schedules due to some exigencies and are informed that you should not turn up for collection on any other day of your choice. Such

candidates shall be required to seek prior approval of NBEMS for a revised schedule of collection of Pass certificates by sending a request at the Communication Web Portal (CWP) of NBEMS. Such requests should be sent after 23.05.2025 as they shall be attended to after the completion of the event.
