DCRUST Ph.D. Admissions 2025 Open; Apply Before February 10

DCRUST is inviting online applications for its Ph.D. Admission 2024-25 Even Semester. The online application period is from January 21 to February 10, 2025, and the Ph.D. Entrance Test will be conducted on February 15 and February 16, 2025. Here is the important date for the P.hD. program in different fields of specialization:

*The date & time of the entrance examination printed on the Admit Card shall be final and admit cards shall be made available on the login portal of the candidates.

DCRUST PhD Admissions Documents Required

Candidates shall bring one set of Self-attested copies of the following documents (as applicable) at the time of counseling/presentation:

• Application form
• Fee receipt.
• Three passport-size photographs.
• Marksheets or certificates showing grades/marks in the qualifying exam.
• Matriculation or Higher Secondary Certificate as proof of age.
• Conversion formula/table for CGPA to percentage (if applicable).
• Valid JRF, GATE, NET, DST (INSPIRE), ICMR, ICSSR, or equivalent fellowship letter (if applicable).
• Medical fitness certificate from a Gazetted Medical Officer.
• Character certificate (Annexure I).
• Affidavit for gap period (if applicable) from a notary or first-class magistrate confirming good conduct.
• Haryana Resident Certificate (Annexure II).
• Employer certificate (Annexure III).
• Category certificate (Annexure IV-X) based on your category: SC/DSC, BC-A/BC-B (not OBC), PH, FF/DFF/ESM, etc.
• Declaration by parents (Annexure XI).
• Sponsorship and relieving certificate (Annexure XII, XIII).
• Income certificate from a competent authority (Annexure XIV).
• For Economically Weaker Section: Income and assets certificate (applicable for Haryana residents).

The entrance test result will be available on the university website or the candidate's login portal. The admission fee is INR 29,200, and hostel fees will vary based on the type of accommodation.
