DCRUST 5th Physical Counselling 2026 on August 6; Check Fee Payment Last Date

The Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology (DCRUST), Murthal, has scheduled the fifth physical counselling for its Postgraduate (PG), Integrated, Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), and Certificate programmes. The counselling will be held on August 6, 2026. The notice has been issued on the official admission portal at dcrustmadm.samarth.edu.in.

Candidates who are allotted seats in the fifth round must pay the admission fee by August 9, 2026. The university has also scheduled the sixth physical counselling round on August 12, 2026. Both rounds will cover vacant seats across the eligible programmes.

The physical counselling covers seats that remain vacant after the previous four rounds. It is open to eligible candidates who registered on the DCRUST admission portal.

How to Attend the DCRUST Physical Counselling?

Candidates must appear in person at the counselling venue on the notified date. The university does not permit online representation for physical rounds. Follow these steps to complete the process:

1. Report to the DCRUST Murthal campus on August 6, 2026, as per the notice.
2. Carry the counselling call letter downloaded from the Samarth portal.
3. Present the original documents along with one set of self-attested copies.
4. Wait for the seat allotment based on merit and category.
5. Accept the allotted seat and collect the provisional allotment slip.

How to Pay the DCRUST Admission Fee?

Candidates allotted a seat in the fifth round must pay the fee by August 9, 2026. Non-payment within the prescribed window will lead to the cancellation of the allotted seat. The seat will then be moved to the sixth-round vacancy pool.

1. Log in to the official portal at dcrustmadm.samarth.edu.in.
2. Open the admission dashboard and select the allotted programme.
3. Click on the fee payment link and check the total amount due.
4. Pay the fee online using net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI.
5. Download the payment receipt for future reference.

Candidates must bring the original documents along with photocopies. Missing documents can lead to the rejection of candidature at the counselling venue.

• Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and certificates
• Qualifying degree mark sheets and provisional certificate
• Entrance examination scorecard, wherever applicable
• Category certificate for SC, ST, OBC, EWS, or PwD candidates
• Haryana domicile certificate, if claiming the state quota
• Character certificate from the last attended institution
• Recent passport-size photographs
• Valid photo identity proof
