BCECEB has declared the DCECE 2026 Round 2 seat allotment result at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. Allotted candidates must report at the assigned institute on July 23 and 24 with documents and a Rs 1000 demand draft.

DCECE 2026 Round 2 Allotment Out; Report by July 24

The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has declared the Diploma Certificate Entrance Competitive Examination (DCECE) 2026 Round 2 seat allotment result. Allotted candidates can check their results on the official website at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. Document verification and admission will take place on July 23 and 24, 2026.

DCECE is a state-level entrance examination conducted for admission to Bihar polytechnic and diploma programmes. Round 2 covers the Polytechnic Engineering (PE), Paramedical (PM), and Paramedical-Dental Matric-level (PMM) streams.

Selected candidates must report to their allotted institute within the two-day reporting window. An admission fee of Rs 1,000 must be paid through a Demand Draft only. The DD should be drawn in favour of the Principal of the allotted institute. Cash payment will not be accepted at any reporting centre. Candidates who fail to report by July 24, 2026, will lose their allotted seat. They will also become ineligible for admission in the current round.

How to Check the DCECE 2026 Round 2 Seat Allotment Result?

  1. Visit the official BCECEB portal at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.
  2. Click on the DCECE 2026 Round 2 Seat Allotment link available on the homepage.
  3. Enter your roll number and password to log in.
  4. Check the allotted college, branch, and category displayed on the screen.
  5. Download the seat allotment letter and take three printouts for the reporting process.

Documents Required at the Reporting Centre

Candidates must carry the original documents along with one set of photocopies of the following:

  • Printed application form Parts A and B
  • DCECE 2026 admit card and rank card
  • Seat allotment letter three printed copies
  • Six recent passport-size photographs
  • Class 10 certificate and marksheet
  • Class 12 or equivalent marksheet, wherever applicable
  • Aadhaar card original and photocopy
  • School leaving certificate or transfer certificate
  • Residential or domicile certificate of Bihar
  • Caste certificate for SC, ST, OBC, EBC, or EWS candidates
  • Character certificate from the last institution attended
  • Refugee certificate, if applicable
  • Demand Draft of Rs 1,000 in favour of the Principal of the allotted institute

How to Complete Admission After Seat Allotment?

Candidates must reach the allotted institute on their scheduled reporting day with the complete set of documents. Institute officials will verify every certificate against the original records.

After document verification, candidates must submit the Rs 1,000 Demand Draft to complete the admission process. Once the verification and fee submission are completed, the allotted seat will be confirmed for the current admission cycle.

Candidates who receive an upgraded seat during a sliding round will have to repeat the document verification and admission process at the newly allotted institute.

Why This Deadline Matters

Missing the July 24 reporting window does more than cancel this seat. It also blocks the candidate from further admission activity in this cycle. The domicile certificate is mandatory for all state-quota seats.
