DBU will declare the results of the PhD entrance exam on January 28, 2025. Read the article for more details.

Desh Bhagat University (DBU) has started the admissions for PhD programs for the January 2025 session. The university will conduct the PhD entrance exam on January 25, 2025. The exam will be held online from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Exam Venue: Mahapragya Hall, DBU Campus

Candidates with qualified UGC-NET (including JRF) / UGC-CSIR NET (including JRF) / GATE / CEED and similar national-level tests are exempted from the PhD entrance exam.

Students have to take coursework for one semester. Candidates already holding an M.Phil degree (regular mode) and have studied Research Methodology as one of the subjects, are exempted from coursework. Such candidates must submit the DMC of M.Phil for the exemption from coursework. Candidates who have done M.Phil through Distance Education or Part-time mode are not exempted from coursework.
