Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University is accepting applications for its PhD program for the academic year 2025. Interested candidates can apply for the PhD Program entrance exam before March 28, 2025. The interviews' tentative itinerary is set for April 11, 2025. Candidates in their last year of graduation can also apply for the PhD Entrance Test (PET) 2025.

DBATU PhD Program Eligibility Criteria

To apply for Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University's PhD program, candidates must meet the eligibility conditions listed below.

  • Candidates in the final year of their qualifying exams may apply for PET. Admission is contingent upon passing the qualifying exam with the required minimum percentage.
  • Applications are valid for up to three subjects/specializations per candidate. Each subject/specialization requires a separate application form and fee submission.
  • Candidates who wish to appear for more than one subject/specialization must submit separate forms with the appropriate fees. Paper I will remain prevalent for such applicants. Paper II and the interview must be completed independently based on subject/specialization. Candidates who pass the PET in numerous disciplines are only eligible for Ph.D. admission in one of them.

Applications that are incomplete, lacking documentation, or sent after the deadline will be dismissed without explanation. Information supplied in the online application cannot be modified later.All faculties will have an English-language admission exam.
