Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) has released a spot admission notification for M.Tech in Computer Aided Structural Analysis and Design (CASAD) program.
All GATE or DAT qualified candidates and even those without a GATE/DAT rank can participate in the spot round to seek MTech CASAD Admission. The preference will be given to GATE/DAT qualified candidates.

Documents Required For CUSAT MTech Spot Admission
Candidates must carry the following documents at the time of admission
| SSLC/10th/Equivalent Certificate | Conduct Certificate from the institution last studied |
| Degree Certificate and Consolidated Mark List | Caste/Community Certificate and Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (if applicable) |
| Valid GATE Score Card (for GATE-qualified candidates) | Certificate from the Village Officer (for EWS category) |
| Transfer Certificate from the institution last studied | Certificates from authorities (for supernumerary categories) |
| Two passport-sized photographs | Valid photo ID card |
Note: Candidates who have cleared all subjects in their previous academic program are eligible for spot admission. The candidate must produce the original documents and two attested copies of each.
CUSAT MTech Spot Admission Fee
- Selected candidates will be required to pay an admission fee of INR 28,040
- The fees must be paid online using the link shared by the Department of Ship Technology, CUSAT.
