Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) is conducting spot admissions for its B.Tech in Polymer Science and Engineering.

Interested candidates should report at the CUSAT Department of Polymer Science and Rubber Technology on October 18 to complete their admission process. Candidates can check and visit the official website @cusat.ac.in for more details.

CUSAT BTech Polymer Science and Engineering Spot Admission: Eligibility Criteria

i) Pass the 12th grade test of the state of Kerala with mathematics, physics, and chemistry as electives, or any other exam recognized as an equivalent, securing at least 50% in mathematics and 50% in math, physics, and chemistry combined.

ii) Candidates belonging to Kerala Scheduled Caste (KSC) and Kerala Scheduled Tribe (KST) communities are eligible to apply if they have minimum pass marks in the qualifying examination.

iii) SEBC candidates of Kerala are eligible for a 5% relaxation in the minimum required marks, provided they belong to the non-creamy layer.

Candidates must bring the following documents in original for verification:

• CAT Admit Card
• SSLC & Plus Two certificates
• Transfer Certificate and Conduct Certificate from the last institution attended
• Caste/Community/Non-Creamy Layer certificate as applicable
• Income Certificate (if applicable)
• Aadhar Card
• One self-attested copy of all the above documents
• One passport-size photo
