The NTA has extended the CUET UG 2026 photo mismatch correction window to April 14, 2026. Candidates with photograph discrepancies must upload the required documents before the deadline.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the CUET UG 2026 photo mismatch correction window to April 14, 2026. The original deadline was April 10, 2026. Candidates whose live photograph does not match the photograph submitted in their CUET UG 2026 application form must use this window to upload the required attested documents at cuet.nta.nic.in before the extended deadline.
As per the NTA advisory, candidates facing a photograph mismatch must upload a self-attested certificate along with a valid photo ID proof such as an Aadhaar card, a PAN card, or a passport. Candidates who fail to complete the photo verification process before April 14, 2026, may face issues during the admit card download or at the examination centre. The CUET UG 2026 exam is scheduled from May 11 to May 31, 2026.
Candidates are advised to log in to cuet.nta.nic.in immediately and check whether their photograph has been flagged for a mismatch. The CUET UG 2026 City Intimation Slip is expected to be released in the third week of April 2026, followed by the admit card a few days before the exam. Over 13 Lakh Candidates have registered for CUET UG 2026.

How to Complete CUET UG 2026 Photo Correction?
To complete the CUET UG 2026 photo correction, candidates must visit the official portal, log in using their application number and password, and access the photo correction section. They should upload a self-attested certificate along with a valid photo ID proof and ensure submission before the extended deadline of April 14, 2026.
