CUET UG 2025 Re-test Announced for Accountancy Paper, Register by May 23

National Testing Agency has announced CUET 2025 retest candidates who appeared for Accountancy paper during May 13 to May 16, 2025. This decision follows efforts to align the question paper design more closely with the notified syllabus and ensure fairness to all candidates. Candidates who want to appear for the retest must register on the official website given below. The last date to register for CUET 2025 Accountancy Retest is May 23, 2025 till 1 PM.

NTA will announce the CUET 2025 retest exam details like exam date, time, and center well in advance. This year, CUET UG 2025 exam is being conducted from May 13 to June 3, 2025. Candidates have the opportunity to either appear for the Accountancy retest or retain their original score.

CUET UG 2025 Retest Guidelines

Candidates who took the CUET 2025 Accountancy exam between May 13 and May 16, 2025 have the option to appear for retest.

• Eligibility: Only candidates who took the Accountancy paper between 13th to 16th May 2025 are eligible for this re-test.
• Score Validity: If a candidate chooses to appear for the re-test, only the re-test score will be considered for the final NTA score. The score from the original attempt will be disregarded.
• No-Show Policy: If a candidate opts in for the re-test but does not appear, they will be marked ABSENT and no score will be recorded for the Accountancy paper.
• Non-Participation: If no action is taken, the candidate’s score from the original test will be retained as final.

CUET UG 2025 Accountancy Paper Revised

In a recent update, NTA announced that CUET UG 2025 Accountancy exam pattern has been revised. Now, there is an option to choose between questions from ‘Unit V’ or ‘Optional to Unit V’. Meanwhile, the remaining content will continue to cover Units I to IV from the prescribed syllabus. This revised paper pattern comes into effect from the May 22, 2025 exam onwards.
