CopyrightX: NLSIU Course Details
- Duration: Eight weeks (March 3 – April 30, 2025).
- Mode: Hybrid (in-person for NLSIU students and online for external participants).
- Sessions: Weekly sessions (2 hours each), with in-class and take-home assignments.
- Final Examination: Administered by Harvard Law School, successful candidates will receive a certificate from HLS.
CopyrightX: NLSIU Eligibility Criteria
The program is open to candidates from South Asia who are:
- Enrolled in or have completed undergraduate, postgraduate, or doctoral programs.
- Professionals such as judges, legal practitioners, artists, data scientists, and software developers with an interest in copyright law.
CopyrightX: NLSIU Application Process
Interested candidates must submit a formal application through the provided enrollment link. The application should include the following documents:
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Motivation Letter explaining why the course is relevant to your career goals and how it will benefit you.
- Student ID (if currently enrolled in a full-time academic program at a publicly funded university in South Asia).
Selection will be based on the candidate's CV, academic and professional achievements, and motivation letter. Special attention will also be given to ensuring diversity in participants' backgrounds.
CopyrightX: NLSIU Fees
The course fee is ₹50,000 + applicable taxes. Candidates enrolled in full-time academic programs in South Asia are eligible for a fee waiver.
