The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) has released the UGET 2026 admit card on April 30, 2026 at 2:00 PM. Candidates who have successfully registered for the examination can now download their hall tickets from the official website comedk.org. The COMEDK UGET 2026 engineering entrance examination is scheduled for May 9, 2026. The last date to download the admit card is May 9, 2026 at 12:00 PM. Candidates must download and print their admit cards before appearing for the examination.

COMEDK conducts the common entrance test for admission to undergraduate engineering and architecture programmes at over 150 unaided private colleges across Karnataka. The examination is conducted in computer-based test (CBT) mode across 400+ exam centres in 200+ cities. More than 200,000 students appear for COMEDK UGET annually. The test scores are used for centralized counselling and seat allotment through a single window system.

How to Download the COMEDK Admit Card 2026?

Visit the official COMEDK website at comedk.org.
Click on the "Download Admit Card" link on the homepage.
Enter your registration number and password in the login field.
Click "Login" to access your account.
Your admit card will be displayed on the screen.
Download the admit card as a PDF file.
Print the admit card on A4 paper (color or black & white).
Keep the printed copy safe for the examination day.

Important Information for Candidates

The admit card contains essential information including the exam centre address, reporting time, and gate closure time. Candidates must carry their printed admit card along with valid photo identification to the examination centre. Valid photo IDs include Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, or PAN Card. Candidates should reach the exam centre at least 30 minutes before the scheduled exam time. Electronic devices including calculators and mobile phones are strictly prohibited.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have passed Class 12 with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks (40% for SC/ST/OBC candidates). Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics are compulsory subjects. Candidates appearing in their final Class 12 examination can also apply provisionally. Diploma candidates are not eligible for admission through COMEDK as there are no lateral entry seats.

Exam Pattern

The COMEDK UGET 2026 examination consists of 180 multiple-choice questions from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. The exam duration is 3 hours. Each correct answer carries 1 mark with no negative marking. The examination is conducted in English language only. Mock tests are now available for registered candidates to practice and familiarize themselves with the exam format.
