COAP 2026 Round 3 offers are now live on the official portal. Candidates must log in and submit their decision Accept & Freeze, Retain & Wait, or Reject & Wait by May 27, 2026, at 09:00 AM.
IIT Roorkee has released COAP 2026 Round 3 offers on May 24, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Candidates can view their offers on the official portal coap2026.iitr.ac.in by logging in with their registered credentials. The decision submission window closes on May 27, 2026, at 09:00 AM.
COAP (Common Offer Acceptance Portal) is a unified platform coordinated by IIT Roorkee for M.Tech admissions across 24 participating institutes including IISc Bangalore, IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, and others. Round 3 offers are now available for candidates to review and make strategic decisions. Candidates must understand the three decision options available to maximize their chances of securing better offers in subsequent rounds.

How to Login and View COAP 2026 Round 3 Offers?
- Candidates must visit coap2026.iitr.ac.in and click the "LOGIN" button.
- Enter your registered email ID and password sent during COAP registration.
- Your COAP registration number is mandatory for all participating institutes' M.Tech application portals.
The "Retain & Wait" option can be selected for the same offer only twice across all rounds. In Round 3 and beyond, if you've already used "Retain & Wait" twice for an offer, you must choose either "Accept & Freeze" or "Reject & Wait." This rule prevents stratification and ensures fair seat allocation.

If you select "Accept & Freeze," visit the respective institute's admission portal immediately to complete admission formalities within their specified deadline.
Participating Institutes in COAP 2026
Candidates must submit their decision before the deadline. Any offer not acted upon by 09:00 AM on May 27 will be automatically rejected. However, candidates can still participate in Round 4 if they had selected "Retain & Wait" or "Reject & Wait" in previous rounds.
What’s Next for Students
Round 4 offers will be released on May 31, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Candidates who selected "Retain & Wait" or "Reject & Wait" in Round 3 remain eligible for consideration. Round 5 (June 6-10) is the first decisive round where only "Accept & Freeze" or "Reject" options are available.
COAP 2026 Round 3 offers provide candidates with a critical opportunity to secure M.Tech seats from top-tier institutes. Candidates should carefully evaluate their offers and make strategic decisions based on their preferences and career goals.
