New Delhi: Chitkara University, Punjab has hosted a TEDx event featuring speakers like Rajat Grover, a human resource professional; Prince Narula, a model and actor; and Saumya Kulshreshtha, an entrepreneur.

During the Chitkara University TEDx event, these speakers engaged with the students and delivered talks on topics like mindset, success strategies, and effectively navigating economic downturns. The primary goal of the TEDx event was to foster an entrepreneurial and innovative spirit among the student community.

Prince Narula, renowned for his victories in TV reality shows like 'Roadies,' 'Splitsvilla,' and 'Bigg Boss,' recounted his professional journey and emphasized the transformative potential of this platform. He expressed a strong belief in the student's capacity for greatness.

Rajat Grover, an esteemed alumnus of the university, delivered a talk titled 'Mindset and Failure: The RG Approach to Success.' He encouraged students to nurture a resilient mindset as a means to surmount challenges and attain success. Sourav Roy, a broadcast journalist, addressed the audience on the theme 'Being Work-Ready, World-Ready: Flourishing Amid Economic Challenges.'

Saumya Kulshreshtha, an educator, entrepreneur, and marketing professional, engaged with the students under the theme 'The Entrepreneurial Compass: Navigating Challenges with a Creative Mindset.' She underscored the pivotal role of creativity in entrepreneurship and how adopting a creative approach can be a catalyst for success.

Madhu Chitkara, the Pro-Chancellor of Chitkara University Faculty, commended the event, highlighting that the thought-provoking discussions by the speakers sparked creativity, fostered meaningful connections, and triggered insightful conversations—all of which have the potential to create a substantial impact.
