Chitkara University, Chandigarh has concluded the placement session for the MBA students of the 2024 batch. The campus saw participation from over 350 recruiters across 30 diverse industry sectors.
The highest salary offered was INR 44 LPA, while the average salary was INR 10.8 LPA. The median salary was offered at INR 11.06 LPA.
Over 195 pre-placement offers (PPOs) and over 50 international offers were secured for the 2024 placement season. Students also received more than 145 dream offers of over INR 10 LPA.

- Finance & Banking: Opportunities in commercial lending, financial markets, and investment banking came from top organizations like HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, and Moody's.
- HR: Graduates found positions in talent acquisition with firms like Accenture, Wipro, Tata Steel, and Concentrix.

Major recruiters such as Aditya Birla, Adobe, Airtel, Amul, Coca-Cola, Dell, Deloitte, DHL, EY, Flipkart, HDFC Bank, ITC, Wipro, and Zomato had hired from the Chitkara University campus.
