Chhattisgarh NEET UG Counseling 2024: Stray Vacancy Round 2 Allotment Result Released for BDS and MBBS Courses

The Office of the Commissioner, Medical Education, Chhattisgarh, has released the allotment list for the Stray Round 02 admissions for the Bachelor of Dentistry (BDS) and Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) courses for the academic year 2024. Eligible candidates for both newly registered and pre-registered groups are advised to take immediate action for the document verification and admission process.

Key Dates for Document Verification and Admission Process

The verification and admission process for Stray Round 02 will take place over the next two days, according to the following timetable:

All candidates must report physically to the designated scrutiny centers with a printout of their allotment letters and necessary documentation. The final date for online verification receipt issuance is November 5, 2024, by 8:00 PM, and for admission receipt issuance, it is November 5, 2024, by 11:59 PM.

Private Dental Colleges: The scrutiny centers for private dental institutions are set up at:

• Maitri College of Dentistry and Research Centre, Durg
• Rungta College of Dental Sciences and Research, Bhilai
• Triveni Dental Sciences, Hospital, and Research Centre, Bilaspur
• Chhattisgarh Dental College and Research Institute, Rajnandgaon

For admissions in government institutions, scrutiny will take place at the Government Dental College in Raipur.

Private Medical Colleges: Private MBBS candidates are to report to Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru Memorial Medical College in Raipur for scrutiny and admissions. This applies to candidates allotted seats at:

• Shri Balaji Institute of Medical Sciences, Raipur
• Raipur Institute of Medical Sciences, Raipur
• Shri Rawatpura Government Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Naya Raipur

All private institutions must ensure the presence of authorized officials to oversee the scrutiny and admission process.

1. Issuance of Admission Receipts: Admissions are considered valid only upon issuance of an official admission receipt. Candidates are encouraged to secure a copy of this receipt.
2. Rules Compliance: The scrutiny and admission process will be conducted in strict accordance with the Chhattisgarh Medical Graduate Admission Rules, 2018, to avoid complications.
3. Beware of Admission Fraud: The Medical Education Department warns candidates against falling victim to fraud by any person or organization, reminding them that all allotments are managed directly by the Counseling Committee of the Chhattisgarh Government’s Medical Education Department.
