Chhattisgarh NEET PG 2025 Round 1 Revised Schedule Out; Seat Allotment on December 9

The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Chhattisgarh, has released the revised tentative schedule for NEET PG (MD/MS) Counselling 2025 under the Chhattisgarh State Quota. The updated timeline, published on December 5, 2025, outlines the complete Round 1 process for postgraduate medical admissions in government and private medical colleges across the state.

As per the revised schedule, online registration and fee payment for Round 1 will be open from December 6, 2025 (5:00 PM) and will continue until December 8, 2025 (12:00 Noon). During this period, candidates must register on the official counselling portal and complete the payment process to be eligible for further steps.

The choice-filling and locking window will also remain open from December 6 (5:00 PM) to December 8, 2025 (11:59 PM), allowing aspirants to prioritise their preferred courses and institutions.

The merit list for Round 1 will be published on December 9, 2025, followed by the seat allotment process on the same date. The Round 1 result will be released on December 10, 2025, enabling candidates to check their allotted college and course through the online portal.

After the announcement of results, candidates must undergo the scrutiny process at the allotted institute between December 11 and December 15, 2025. This includes verification of original documents, eligibility checks, and fee confirmation. The final step of the process, admission reporting at the assigned institute, will also take place from December 11 to December 15, 2025.

The DME has advised all candidates to follow the revised schedule carefully and ensure the timely completion of each step, as delays may result in the cancellation of candidature. Further updates, including subsequent counselling rounds, will be notified on the official website.
