NBA Tier-1 Re-accreditation was given after an expert team from the National Board of Accreditation visited the university campus for evaluation of education, infrastructure, and learning resources.
New Delhi: Chandigarh University (CU) has received tier 1 re-accredited from the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) for its six undergraduate engineering programs. The re-accreditation is given for the academic season 2024-25 and 2026-27.
As per Chandigarh University, the re-accredited UG engineering programs are BE in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Chemical Engineering, and Computer Science Engineering.
With this recognition, Chandigarh University’s programs are recognised to meet the global standards for offering technical education. The accreditation was given after an expert team from the National Board of Accreditation visited the university campus for evaluation. The evolution included a thorough review of Chandigarh University’s standard of education, infrastructure, and learning resources at the university.
