Abesh Innovation Education Training Skill Institute

Can you tell us about the Abesh Innovation Education Training Skill Institute and your role in the organization?

A combined approach to academics and practical media application can be found at the Abesh Innovation Education Training Skill Institute. We collaborate with the Ministry of MSME and Netaji Subhas Open University. With a focus on skill development and real-world application, our fundamental mission is to integrate academia and the visual arts into society. As the company's founder, I have a significant influence on it.

You have extensive experience both in India and foreign countries. What factors keep you connected with the education domain, particularly in the government sector?

Vocational studies and skill development programmes underwent considerable advancements following the Second World War. I became aware of the exceptional potential for intervention and knowledge acquisition through implementation when I had the chance to interact with political figures, educators, and organisations in the ashram. The importance of Sriniketon and Shankari Kitan in this regard stems from their emphasis on the use of visual art in numerous fields, such as agriculture and rural development. We want to build a platform where many generations and professions may interact through working with institutions.

As the founder of Abesh Innovation Education Training Skill Institute, what is your philosophy of leadership?

My guiding principle is to work harder and to project confidence. It's crucial to empower yourself and comprehend your community and environment. Interacting with individuals from other backgrounds can help us widen our perspectives and develop a more inclusive approach to education. Since art is a broadly applicable medium that spans many fields, it is essential to pursue new directions and embrace modernity with the aid of technology.

How does the educational system in India differ from foreign countries? What can students gain from studying at Abesh Innovation Education Training Skill Institute?

Personally, I believe that while we may not always have access to a wealth of natural resources in India, our society nonetheless offers a wealth of inspiration. We can add creative concepts to our artwork by investigating and utilising things from our surroundings. The management of resources and the creative process both benefit greatly from technology. We offer a distinctive fusion of traditional and digital arts at the Abesh Innovation Education Training Skill Institute, where students may get hands-on experience and try out various trends.

Abesh Innovation Education Training Skill Institute is one of its kind in India, combining education with MSME. What is your vision for the institute, and where do you see it in the next five years?

Our long-term strategy includes working with specialists, digitising procedures, and showcasing the outcomes to individuals. We support teamwork of all sizes, from tiny to giant. Additionally, we are looking for ways to make use of abandoned factories and engage the neighbourhood in creative projects. We want to build a strong society that appreciates art and natural resources through collaboration and networking. Our goal is to make Abesh Innovation Education Training Skill Institute a centre for social advancement, innovation, and creativity.
