In my perspective, leadership philosophy is the foundation of my decision-making, reflecting my core principles and values. It's about defining what I believe in and using those beliefs to shape a consistent approach to leadership. Personally, my leadership style revolves around relational leadership and a Positive future vision. I believe in building strong connections with my team, and valuing open communication and collaboration. A positive vision of the future guides my decisions, inspiring the team to work towards shared goals. Transparency is key, and I ensure that competition performance is openly communicated, allowing learners to see their progress and understand what they need to improve. Creating a culture of cheerleading and good sportsmanship is crucial, urging students to support each other and recognizing positive contributions. In some cases, I introduce badges or awards for those excelling in encouragement. If competition is incorporated, I emphasize marketing it to attract learners who thrive in a competitive environment. Overall, my goal is to make competition a deliberate and positive aspect of the course, ensuring a win-win situation for all participants.
