In my perspective, leadership philosophy is the foundation of my decision-making, reflecting my core principles and values. Transparency is key, and I ensure that competition performance is openly communicated, allowing learners to see their progress and understand what they need to improve. Creating a culture of cheerleading and good sportsmanship is crucial, urging students to support each other and recognizing positive contributions. In some cases, I introduce badges or awards for those excelling in encouragement. If competition is incorporated, I emphasize marketing it to attract learners who thrive in a competitive environment.
