Burdwan University (CDOE) Schedules M.A. Document Verification for Final Phase Admission 2024-26

The University of Burdwan (Centre for Distance and Online Learning), M.A. (1st year) document verification and submission of admission forms for 3rd and final phase of admission (2024-26) has been scheduled.

Candidates who have filled the online form (except Computer Science) and have the payment verified must create and update their DEB ID (student profile).

*The schedule is only for Bardhaman Centre. Document verification for other centres will be done within November 24, 2024. Candidates have to contact their respective centres.

Candidates have to bring the original documents with photocopies.

Documents Required for Students from Burdwan University

• Online Application Form
• Receipt of online payment (University copy)
• Admit Card of S.F. or equivalent examination
• Marksheet of S.F. or equivalent examination
• Marksheet of H.S. or equivalent examination
• Marksheet of UG examination
• Marksheet of PG examination (as the case may be)
• B.U. Registration Certificate (applicable for BU students)
• Caste certificate /PWD certificate
• Aadhaar card
• ABC ID card

Documents Required for Students from Other Universities

Students from other universities seeking admission to M.A. have to register by January 31, 2025. Documents required for students other than Burdwan University are:

• Original Migration Certificate
• Photocopy of the Mark sheet of the last examination passed i.e., B.A./Bridge course/M.A. etc.
• Photocopy of the Admit Card of Secondary Examination
• Photocopy of the Enrolment Card of the CDOE, B.U.
• A self-signed passport-size photograph is to be affixed on the space provided in the form.
• Photocopy of the online admission Payment Receipt (Student copy) of course fee (INR 200) as proof.

Candidates must submit the forms completed personally at the Burdwan University (CDOE) /respective study centre. Submission of forms by post is not allowed.

Candidates are required to take admission to M.A. (2nd Year) after the M.A. (1st Year) examinations are over. Irrespective of exam results, candidates have to submit the online application form and documents for M.A. (2nd Year).
