The University of Burdwan has released the Phase 2 Allocation List for admission to Postgraduate (PG) courses for the academic session 2024-2026. Candidates listed in the provisional allocation must pay the admission fee through their student dashboard from December 7, 2024, to December 9, 2024.

Burdwan University PG Admission: Document Verification

Document verification will be conducted on December 9-10, 2024. Candidates must produce:

• Original and self-attested copies of their application form.
• Relevant certificates, including final honors mark sheets.
• The successful payment receipt.
• A signed Anti-Ragging Undertaking

Non-attendance during verification (or representation by an authorized person) will result in cancellation of admission.

Anti-Ragging Undertaking

• Candidates must submit a signed anti-ragging affidavit during document verification.
• Undertaking forms can be filled on the Anti-Ragging portal (antiragging.in) and submitted in hard copy.

Key Points for Admission

• All admissions are provisional and will only be confirmed after document verification. The university reserves the right to cancel admissions if eligibility criteria are not met.
• Only a system-generated successful payment receipt will confirm payment. Issues regarding payment should be reported to secretary_sc@buruniv.ac.in before the deadline.
• Failure to pay the admission fees by any selected candidate will result in a cancellation of their candidature. Additionally, such candidates would not be permitted to participate in any upcoming phases of the admission process.
• Candidates listed in the Provisional Merit List (Allocation List - Phase 2) who shall not make payment of admission fees within the timeframe shall lose the candidature and will be disqualified from taking part in any further rounds of admission process.
• Candidates fell in this allocation list (Phase 2) who shall be assigned a different center of study may have to pay additional fees or get refunded as per the guidelines as applicable to them. candidates those have already paid admission fees for 2024-26 session do not need to pay additional admission fees.
