BITSoM MBA Admission 2026: Application Deadline, Admission Criteria, Seat Intake, CAT Cutoff

BITS School of Management (BITSoM) has started accepting applications for its 2-year residential MBA programme for the academic year 2026. The institute has increased its seat intake to 240, up from 160, with Round 1 applications closing on November 16, 2025.

According to the official BITSoM statement, the BITSoM admissions 2026 are based on a comprehensive evaluation of standardised test scores (CAT, GMAT, or GRE – any one is required), academic records, extracurricular and co-curricular achievements, demonstrated leadership potential, and strong communication skills.

The admission schedule for the BITSoM MBA program for class 2026-28 will take place in two rounds. Students can apply in both Round 1 and Round 2 with CAT, GMAT, GMAT Focus, and/or GRE scores.

Who Can Apply for BITSoM MBA 2026?

Candidates must hold a UG or PG degree from a recognised institution. Both final-year students and professionals are eligible. A valid score in CAT, GMAT, GMAT Focus, or GRE is required. BITSoM’s MBA eligibility also considers academic record, extracurriculars, and communication skills.

We evaluate only complete applications. Incomplete or incorrectly filled applications will not be considered. Submit applications well before the deadline to avoid errors.
