The Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani has released the BITSAT 2026 Iteration 7 seat allotment result. Candidates can check their allotment through the official admission portal at admissions.bits-pilani.ac.in.

Candidates who receive an offer must accept the seat and pay the required fee by 5 PM on August 21, 2026. They must then report physically at the allotted BITS campus on August 22. The allotment covers First Degree programmes at the Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad campuses.

The Iteration 7 allotment covers First Degree programmes offered at the three BITS campuses:

How Does the BITSAT Iteration System Work?

BITSAT admissions are conducted through multiple iterations. In each iteration, BITS updates the allotment based on candidate merit, programme preferences and seats that become available.

Candidates who accept an earlier allotment may still receive an upgrade in a later iteration if a higher preference becomes available. When an upgrade occurs, the new allotment replaces the earlier one and the applicable fee is adjusted according to the institute's rules.

Candidates can check their allotment online using their application number and password.

2. Enter your application number and password.
3. Change the password after the first login if prompted.
4. Open the Iteration 7 allotment section.
5. Check the allotted campus and programme.
6. Download or save the allotment details for future reference.

How to Accept the Seat and Pay the Fee?

Candidates who wish to retain their allotted seat must complete the fee payment process before the deadline.

1. Visit the payment portal at bitspilaniedu.com/FD2026.
2. Log in using your application number and password.
3. Review the allotted programme and fee amount.
4. Select an available online payment method.
5. Complete the payment before 5 PM on August 21, 2026.
6. Download and save the payment receipt.

Failure to complete the required payment within the deadline can result in cancellation of the allotted seat. Any resulting vacancy may be offered to another eligible candidate in a subsequent iteration.

What Documents Are Required for Campus Reporting?

Candidates must carry the required original documents when reporting at the allotted campus. The admission office will verify the documents before completing the admission process.

• Class 10 and Class 12 original marksheets and pass certificates
• BITSAT 2026 scorecard and admit card
• Valid government-issued photo ID
• Recent passport-size photographs
• Category or PwD certificate, where applicable
