The Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani has activated the Class 12 marks edit window on the official admissions portal at admissions.bits-pilani.ac.in. The facility is for Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test (BITSAT) 2026 candidates. The last date to submit or edit board marks is July 10, 2026.

This is a one-time facility for First Degree programme applicants. It covers B.E., B.Pharm and M.Sc. admissions across the BITS campuses at Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad. Candidates should verify every entry carefully before the window closes.

Who Should Use the BITSAT 2026 Edit Window?

The window mainly helps candidates whose board results were delayed. Students from boards such as the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) are the primary users. It is also open to any candidate who wishes to update earlier submitted marks.

Applicants who could not upload marks by the earlier June deadline can complete the process now. The extension applies only to marks submission and correction, not fresh registration.

BITSAT 2026 Eligibility Marks

Admission is based on both the BITSAT score and Class 12 board marks. The minimum board mark rules are as follows:

• Minimum 75% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Biology combined.
• Minimum 60% marks in each of the three qualifying subjects.
• The candidate must have passed Class 12 in 2025 or 2026.
• Board topper of any recognised Central or State board is also eligible.

Follow the steps below to update the marks entry:

1. Visit the official portal at admissions.bits-pilani.ac.in.
2. Log in using the BITSAT application number and password.
3. Open the link for First Degree marks and preferences.
4. Enter or update the Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Biology marks.
5. Cross-check every subject entry against the printed marksheet.
6. Submit and lock the entries before the deadline.

Keep the Class 12 marksheet in hand while filling the form. Enter marks exactly as printed on the official statement. A scanned copy of the marksheet may also be required for upload.
