Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani has opened admissions. The Board Toppers Admission Scheme 2026 is now live online. Applications are accepted at admissions.bits-pilani.ac.in until June 30, 2026.
The scheme covers first rank holders of all recognised boards. Eligible students can secure a seat without writing BITSAT 2026. The application window closes at 5:00 PM on the deadline.
BITS runs three campuses across Pilani, Goa, and Hyderabad. Toppers can choose any campus that offers their preferred programme.
Who Is Eligible to Apply?
Applicants must be the first rank holder of their board. The Class 12 result must be from the 2026 examinations. Aggregate and subject-wise marks both have minimum cut-offs.

Programmes Open Under the Scheme
PCM toppers can pick any Integrated First Degree programme offered. This includes BE branches and MSc programmes at BITS. PCB toppers are eligible only for the BPharm programme.
Some boards declare multiple students as first rank holders. BITS will admit a maximum of four such candidates only. The cap applies per board under the Toppers Scheme.

The application process is fully online on the BITS portal. Students need their board result, ID proof, and rank certificate.
