BITS HD 2026 Programmes Offered
The Higher Degree (HD) 2026 admission process covers postgraduate programmes offered at the Pilani, Goa, and Hyderabad campuses. Major programmes include:
- M.E. in Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, and Electrical Engineering
- M.E. in Software Systems, Microelectronics, and Embedded Systems
- M.E. in Biotechnology, Communication Engineering, and Design Engineering
- M.Pharm. with optional specialisations
Admissions to most programmes are based on the BITS HD Test, GATE score, or GPAT score. However, the M.E. Software Systems programme is not open to GATE-based applications.
The window helps candidates who have received offers from other top institutes such as IITs or IISc. Withdrawing early frees up a seat for waitlisted students in later iterations.
