The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has released a crucial counselling update today. BCECEB issued the Undergraduate Medical Admission Counselling (UGMAC) 2026 Stray Vacancy Round seat allotment result. The result is live on the official portal at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. The board announced it through Advisory No. BCECEB(UGMAC)-2026/17 dated October 29, 2026.
Candidates allotted a seat must report to their designated colleges for document verification. The reporting window runs from October 29 to October 31, 2026. This stray round is the final counselling stage for Bihar NEET UG 2026 admissions. It covers vacant seats in MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BVSc and AH, and BFSc programmes.

Courses and Colleges Covered Under the Stray Round
The stray round fills vacant seats across government and private institutions in Bihar. The counselling covers the following undergraduate programmes:
- MBBS in government and private medical colleges
- BDS in government and private dental colleges
- BVSc and AH at Bihar Veterinary College, Patna
- BFSc at the College of Fisheries, Dholi
- BAMS, BHMS, and BUMS in state AYUSH institutions
Only candidates who registered for the stray round by October 24 are eligible. Fresh registrations are not accepted at this stage.
How to Check the UGMAC 2026 Stray Round Allotment?
Candidates can download the provisional allotment letter in a few steps:
- Visit the official BCECEB portal at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.
- Click the UGMAC 2026 Stray Vacancy Round allotment link.
- Log in using the UGMAC user ID and password.
- Download the provisional allotment letter from the dashboard.
- Print two copies for reporting at the allotted institute.

Documents Required at Verification
Candidates must carry all originals along with two self-attested photocopies of each. The required documents are listed below:
- UGMAC 2026 allotment letter and rank card
- NEET UG 2026 scorecard and admit card
- Class 10 and Class 12 marksheets and certificates
- Date of birth proof and valid photo identity card
- Caste, EWS, or disability certificate, if applicable
- Bihar permanent resident certificate for state quota seats
- Four recent passport-size photographs
Candidates must also carry the admission fee as prescribed by the allotted college. The fee can be paid through demand draft or online mode at reporting.
The stray round is the last chance to secure a Bihar medical seat this year. Candidates who miss the October 31 reporting deadline will forfeit their allotted seat permanently.
