BCECEB has released the UGMAC 2026 Special Stray Round counselling schedule on bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. Candidates can apply for vacant MBBS, BDS, BVSc and BFSc seats in Bihar in this final admission round.
The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has released the Under Graduate Medical Admission Counselling (UGMAC) 2026 Special Stray Round schedule on its official portal at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. The notice was issued through advisory numbers BCECEB(UGMAC)-2026/18 and BCECEB(UGMAC)-2026/19 on November 4, 2026.
This Special Stray Round is the final counselling phase for the 2026 admission cycle. It aims to fill seats that remained vacant after the completion of the regular Stray Vacancy Round on October 31, 2026. Around 322 seats were reported vacant in state medical, dental, and allied science colleges across Bihar.
The round covers admission to MBBS, BDS, Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (BVSc and AH), and Bachelor of Fisheries Science (BFSc) programmes in Bihar. Candidates who registered for UGMAC 2026 and remain unallotted or unadmitted can participate.

Only candidates who registered for UGMAC 2026 are eligible for this Special Stray Round. The round is open to those who could not secure a seat in the earlier three regular rounds and the recent Stray Vacancy Round. Candidates must meet the NEET UG 2026 qualifying criteria set by the National Medical Commission.
Applicants must also fulfil the Bihar state domicile condition where required. Those already admitted and holding a seat under a previous round may need to resign from the earlier allotment before participating. Candidates should refer to the official notices on the BCECEB portal for the exact participation conditions.
How to Register for UGMAC 2026 Special Stray Round?
Eligible candidates must register on the official BCECEB portal within the window specified in the notice. The registration process is conducted entirely online. Candidates need to log in using their UGMAC 2026 credentials and complete the fresh choice filling for this round.
A non-refundable counselling fee is payable through online modes such as net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI. Candidates must verify all entered details before final submission. The rank card and seat allotment letter must be downloaded from the same portal.
