Bihar UGMAC 2026 Round 2 Revised Seat Matrix Released; Check Choice Filling Last Date

The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has issued the revised UGMAC 2026 Round 2 seat matrix. It is available on the official portal at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. The Under Graduate Medical Admission Counselling covers MBBS, BDS, BVSc AH, and BFSc courses.

The revised document adds new medical colleges to the Round 2 pool. Two government medical colleges and one private medical college have been included. Candidates can view the full revised seat matrix PDF on the board portal.

The update follows a Bihar Health Department communication dated September 10, 2026. The board has also extended the online application and choice filling window. Old Round 1 choices will not carry over to Round 2 automatically.

The board has fixed clear windows for registration, choice filling, and allotment. Candidates must complete each step before its deadline. Missing a date will make them ineligible for Round 2.

What Has Changed in the Revised Seat Matrix?

Fresh government seats have entered the Bihar state quota pool for Round 2. A newly recognised private medical college has also added its seats. Candidates now see wider college options than Round 1.

The Round 2 process covers four courses in total. These are MBBS, BDS, BVSc AH, and BFSc streams. All four have been mapped in the fresh matrix by college and category.

The seat matrix is a PDF hosted on the BCECEB portal. Candidates can download it in a few simple steps. The document lists college-wise and category-wise seat details.

2. Click on the UGMAC 2026 section on the homepage.
3. Open the link titled Second Round Revised Seat Matrix.
4. The PDF will open in a new browser tab.
5. Download and save the file for future reference.

How to Fill Choices for UGMAC 2026 Round 2?

Choice filling is done through the online candidate portal. Candidates must log in with their UGMAC roll number and password. The system allows adding, reordering, and locking of preferences.

1. Log in to the UGMAC 2026 candidate portal.
2. Select preferred colleges and courses in order.
3. Rearrange the list based on personal priority.
4. Save each entry before moving to the next choice.
5. Lock the final list before September 18, 2026.
