BCECEB has started the Stray Vacancy Round 2 of UGMAC 2025 for admission to BDS, B.V.Sc. & A.H., and B.Sc. Poultry Production courses in Bihar.

Bihar UGMAC 2025 Stray Vacancy Round 2 Begins

The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has released an official notification announcing the commencement of Stray Vacancy Round 2 of the Under Graduate Medical Admission Counselling (UGMAC) 2025. This round covers vacant seats for BDS, B.V.Sc. & A.H., and B.Sc. in Poultry Production courses in government and private institutions across Bihar.

As per the notification, online registration, form submission, consent, and choice filling for eligible NEET UG 2025 candidates will take place from 12 December to 15 December 2025 (10:00 PM). Those who previously applied but did not receive a seat allotment may also provide consent to participate.

The rank card for participating candidates will be released on 16 December 2025, followed by the Stray Vacancy Round 2 seat allotment result on 18 December 2025. Document verification and admission must be completed between 19 and 20 December 2025.

Stray Round 2 admissions will be conducted for seats available in Patna Dental College, Govt. Dental College Nalanda, Bihar Veterinary College, College of Veterinary & Animal Sciences Kishanganj, and private dental colleges, including Mithila Minority Dental College, Buddha Institute of Dental Sciences, and Sarjug Dental College. The newly introduced B.Sc. Poultry Production course at Bihar Veterinary College is also included.

Applicants must complete registration, application editing, fee payment, and choice filling through the UGMAC 2025 online portal. A counselling fee of ₹1200 (₹600 for SC/ST/DQ in government colleges) and a security deposit ranging from ₹5,000 to ₹2,00,000, depending on the college type, must be paid online.

Candidates already admitted through earlier UGMAC rounds or AIQ counselling are not eligible for Stray Vacancy Round 2. The board has published the updated seat matrix on its website, and further vacancies will be added before seat allotment begins.
