UGMAC 2025 Round-3 Counselling for MBBS, BDS, and BVSc & AH courses opens registration till October 9.

Bihar UGMAC 2025 has announced the schedule for Round-3 Counselling for admissions to MBBS, BDS, and BVSc & AH courses. Eligible NEET(UG)-2025 candidates can register and fill choices online at the official portal, bceceboard.bihar.gov.in, by October 9, 2025.
The rank card for this round will be released on October 11, 2025. The counselling process includes government and private medical, dental, and veterinary colleges across Bihar and follows the merit list and seat availability from previous rounds.

Bihar UGMAC 2025 Round-3 Counselling Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the UGMAC-2025 eligibility criteria, including NEET(UG)-2025 qualification and category-specific rules.
Round-3 is conducted entirely online, and candidates are required to complete registration, application form submission, choice filling, and fee payment before the deadlines.
Special provisions exist for candidates seeking upgradation, resigned seats, or virtual vacancies. Consent and willingness must be confirmed through OTP-based authentication on registered mobile/email.
If you are eligible for the Bihar UGMAC 2025 Round-3 Counselling, then these steps will help you to register:
- Registration: Authenticate using NEET roll number, name, and DOB to generate UGMAC ID.
- Application Form: Submit personal, contact, and educational information, along with scanned photo, signature, and required documents.
- Payment: Pay the counselling fee and security deposit online. Fees are non-refundable, with separate rates for government and private colleges.
- Choice Filling & Locking: Select course and institution preferences, lock choices before the deadline, and download the confirmation page and receipt.
Candidates must carry original NEET admit card and scorecard, class 10 and 12 certificates, residential and caste certificates, six passport-size photographs, and the downloaded confirmation page.
Private college aspirants must bring additional relevant documents as per the UGMAC-2025 prospectus. DQ (Disabled Quota) and NRI candidates have specific documentation requirements detailed in the prospectus.
Seats will be allotted based on merit-cum-choice. Candidates who fail to report, appear but do not take admission, or are found ineligible will forfeit their security deposit and become ineligible for further counselling rounds. Final merit lists will follow UGMAC-2025 rules, regulations, and NEET(UG)-2025 scores.
Candidates must thoroughly review the UGMAC-2025 prospectus before participating. Any discrepancies or amendments will follow rules set by the BCECE Board, MCC, and relevant medical authorities. No registration or application will be entertained beyond the deadlines, and fee refunds are not allowed.
