Bihar UGEAC 2026 Round 2 Seat Allotment Released; Check Document Verification Schedule

The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has released the Under Graduate Engineering Admission Counselling (UGEAC) 2026 Round 2 provisional seat allotment result on the official website at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. Selected candidates must now complete document verification and physical admission at their allotted institute from July 20 to 21, 2026.

The Round 2 allotment covers seats left vacant after Round 1 reporting. It also allows eligible candidates to upgrade their college or branch based on rank and choice order. The allotment letter can be downloaded between July 17 and July 21, 2026 through the official notice.

Candidates who fail to report within the two-day verification window will lose their allotted seat. The provisional allotment stands automatically cancelled in such cases, with no grace period offered by the Board.

Bihar UGEAC 2026 Round 2 Key Dates

The counselling schedule for Round 2 is short and time-bound. Candidates must complete every step within the given window.

Documents Required at the Reporting Centre

Candidates must carry originals along with self-attested photocopies. Missing even one document can lead to cancellation of the allotment.

• Printed copy of the Round 2 provisional allotment letter (three copies)
• UGEAC 2026 online counselling form (printed copy)
• JEE Main 2026 scorecard and rank card
• Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and passing certificates
• Bihar domicile certificate issued by the competent authority
• Category certificate for reserved category candidates
• Aadhaar card or any government photo identity proof
• Six recent passport size photographs matching the counselling form image

How to Download the UGEAC 2026 Round 2 Allotment Letter?

The allotment letter is the entry pass for the reporting centre. Candidates should download and print it well before the reporting date.

1. Visit the official BCECEB portal at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.
2. Click on the UGEAC 2026 Round 2 seat allotment link.
3. Enter the user ID, password, and security captcha.
4. The Round 2 provisional allotment letter will open on the screen.
5. Download the letter and take at least three printed copies.

How to Report for Document Verification and Admission?

Reporting is done in person at the college mentioned on the allotment letter. Online reporting is not allowed for this round.

1. Reach the allotted institute on July 20 or 21, 2026 during working hours.
2. Submit original documents along with self-attested photocopies for verification.
3. Pay the institute admission fee as demanded by the college.
4. Collect the acknowledgement slip issued by the reporting officer.
5. Retain a copy of the slip for future counselling rounds or grievance use.

2. Arrange all originals and self-attested photocopies from the required documents list.
