The BCECEB has released the detailed notification for Round-3 Online Counselling of Post Graduate Medical Admission Counselling (PGMAC)-2025 for admission to MD, MS, PG Diploma, and DNB (Degree & Diploma) programmes in government and private medical colleges across Bihar. The counselling process is being conducted on the basis of NEET (PG)-2025 merit, prepared by the National Board of Examinations (NBE), New Delhi.

As per the official schedule, the last date to complete registration and fee payment is January 7, 2026. Candidates must also lock their choices by January 7, 2026. The rank card for PGMAC-2025 Round-3 will be published on January 11, 2026, followed by the provisional seat allotment result on January 14, 2026.

Candidates who wish to resign from seats allotted in Round-1 or Round-2 counselling may do so between January 8 and January 9, 2026, with forfeiture of the security deposit, as applicable. The allotment order download window will remain open from January 14 to January 17, 2026, while document verification and admission for Round-3 are scheduled from January 16 to January 17, 2026.

Eligible candidates include those who were not allotted any seat in earlier rounds or who exited/resigned as per the prescribed rules.
