The BCECEB has opened the BCECE Lateral Entry (LE) 2026 registration from April 9, 2026, at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. The exam is for lateral entry admission to Engineering, Pharmacy, and Para-Medical courses.
The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has opened the BCECE Lateral Entry (LE) 2026 registration from April 9, 2026, on the official website bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. The last date to submit the application form is May 7, 2026. The authority will conduct the application form correction window from May 10 to 11, 2026. Registered candidates can download the BCECE LE 2026 admit card from May 23, 2026.
The BCECE LE 2026 Exam is conducted for lateral entry admission to the second year of B.Tech, B.Pharm, and Para-Medical courses at government and private colleges in Bihar. Candidates who have completed a 3-year Diploma in Engineering or equivalent are eligible to apply.
Candidates seeking lateral entry admission to Bihar engineering colleges must apply for BCECE LE 2026 before the registration deadline. Candidates shortlisted based on BCECE LE result will be called to participate in the counselling seat allotment process. The authority will conduct the BCECE LE 2026 counselling in various rounds.

BCECE LE 2026 Exam Pattern (Engineering Stream)
The Engineering stream consists of three subjects: Mathematics, Engineering Mechanics, and English. Each section contains 50 questions. For every incorrect answer, 1 mark will be deducted.

BCECE LE 2026 Exam Pattern (Para Medical Stream)
