The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has revised the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (BCECE) 2026 online counselling schedule for the PCM and PCM of PCMB group. The updated schedule has been notified through Advertisement No. BCECEB(BCECE)-2026/08 on the official website at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. Candidates holding a valid BCECE 2026 rank card in the PCM stream must refer to the revised notice before completing any pending counselling step.
The board has stated that the revision applies to the PCM group and to PCM candidates opting through the PCMB combination. The counselling process continues to be conducted in fully online mode. Aspirants are not required to visit the BCECEB office for registration, choice filling, or seat allotment.

Which Courses Fall Under the PCM Group?
The PCM group in BCECE 2026 counselling includes streams that require Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics at the qualifying level. This is the engineering-type track under the Bihar state counselling system.
Candidates who studied Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology in Class 12 can also participate through the PCM of PCMB option. Their eligibility is assessed against the PCM subject group during allotment.

Documents Required for BCECE Counselling 2026
Candidates must keep scanned copies of all required documents ready before completing choice filling and reporting. The board has listed the following documents as mandatory.
- BCECE 2026 rank card and admit card
- Class 10 certificate and mark sheet
- Class 12 certificate and mark sheet
- Bihar domicile certificate issued by the competent authority
- Caste or category certificate issued by Bihar authorities, where applicable
- Person with Disability certificate, if claiming the PwD quota
- Recent passport-size photograph and signature
- Valid government-issued photo identity proof
The board has clarified that the Bihar domicile certificate is compulsory. No exemption is granted on this requirement.

Counselling Fee and Payment Mode
Candidates must pay a non-refundable counselling registration fee on the portal. The seat acceptance fee, payable after allotment, is also non-refundable once deposited.
The payment can be made online through:
- Net banking
- Debit card
- Credit card
- UPI
Cash and offline payments are not accepted.
