BCECE Counselling 2026 Choice Filling Begins at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in; Check Last Date to Lock Choices

The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has opened the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (BCECE) 2026 counselling registration and choice filling window on the official portal at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. Qualified candidates can now register, submit college and branch preferences, and lock their choices for admission to engineering, pharmacy, and agriculture programmes in Bihar.

The counselling covers the Joint and Agriculture Groups, including PCM, PCB, PCMB, and CBA/MBA/PCA streams. Admissions will be made to government engineering, pharmacy, and agriculture institutions across the state. Candidates must complete the process on the NIC admissions portal linked from the BCECEB website.

The Board has released a fixed schedule for Round 1. Candidates must complete each step within the stipulated window to remain eligible for seat allotment.

Who Can Participate in BCECE 2026 Counselling?

Only candidates who have qualified the BCECE 2026 examination and hold a valid rank card are eligible to register. Applicants must belong to the respective stream group they applied under, that is PCM, PCB, PCMB, or the agriculture-based CBA, MBA, or PCA combination.

Domicile candidates of Bihar receive reservation benefits as per state norms. Candidates must have their BCECE 2026 admit card, rank card, and Class 10 and Class 12 marksheets ready before starting the registration.

How to Fill Choices for BCECE 2026 Counselling?

The choice filling process is completed online through the NIC admissions portal. Candidates must submit their preferences in order and lock them before the deadline.

• Open the relevant counselling link for the Joint or Agriculture Group.
• Log in using the BCECE 2026 roll number and rank card details.
• Pay the applicable counselling fee through the online payment gateway.
• Select and arrange college and branch preferences in the desired order.
• Review the list carefully and click on the lock option before July 25, 2026.
• Candidates are advised not to rely on auto-lock. Choices must be manually locked before the deadline to be considered for Round 1 seat allotment.
