AUEET 2026 Counselling Schedule Out; Registration Begins May 30

Andhra University's Directorate of Admissions has announced the official schedule for AUEET 2026 counselling and certificate verification. The counselling process will be conducted for admission into B.Tech degree Self-Support programs offered at A.U. College of Engineering (A). Candidates can download their rank cards from May 20, 2026 through the official website.

AUEET 2026 counselling involves certificate verification and web-based seat allotment for qualified candidates. The process is mandatory for all candidates seeking admission to B.Tech Self-Support programs at Andhra University. This counselling determines final seat allocation based on candidate rank, preferences, and available seats across various engineering disciplines.

AUEET 2026 Important Dates

How to Register for AUEET 2026 Counselling?

• Candidates must visit the official Andhra University Directorate of Admissions website at audoa.andhrauniversity.edu.in to register.
• The registration fee is Rs. 500 for General candidates and Rs. 250 for SC/ST/PwD candidates.
• Payment must be completed online through the official portal during the registration window.

Candidates must upload seven essential documents during the certificate verification process. These include Transfer Certificate, SSC/Date of Birth Certificate, Intermediate/10+2 Marks Memo, and Study Certificate from VI to Intermediate. SC/ST/BC/EWS candidates must also upload an Integrated Community Certificate issued by the competent authority.

Physical Fitness and Special Category Certificates

All candidates must upload a Physical Fitness Certificate from the Medical Officer at Andhra University or a Government Assistant Civil Surgeon. Candidates claiming NCC, CAP, Sports, PwD, or Bharat Scouts benefits must upload the prescribed certificates between May 30 and June 6, 2026.

Offline Certificate Verification for CAP and PwD Categories

Candidates under CAP and PwD categories must attend offline physical certificate verification on June 3, 2026, from 9:00 A.M. at the Directorate of Admissions office. Candidates must carry all original documents along with one attested copy.

After successful certificate verification and document upload, candidates can enter or edit web options between June 8 and June 11, 2026. The first phase provisional seat allotment will be announced on June 14, 2026.

AUEET 2026 Fee Payment and Seat Confirmation

Candidates allotted seats must complete online fee payment between June 15 and June 22, 2026.

Failure to pay the fee within the deadline will result in seat cancellation. Tuition fee reimbursement and scholarships are not applicable for these Self-Support courses. All candidates must pay the fees independently through the online mode.

The offline reporting date will be announced separately by the university. Candidates must report with all original documents and fee payment receipt.
